convenient walkway helpful staff vegan options
the hotel features a convenient walkway to aerocity metro station. worldmark aerocity with restaurants and shops is next to the hotel. in-room dining offers western indian and asian cuisines including vegan options. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the gym equipment was not fully functional.

the front desk provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out processes. staff members were attentive and available at all times to address any queries. the hotel offered a 24-hour car service to the airport which only took 5 minutes.

the hotel is very close to the metro station and worldmark. many restaurants and a supermarket are nearby, it is quite convenient. in-room dining includes western, indian, and asian options. i found the taxi service to the airport quick.

convenient location quick check-in luggage storage
the location near the airport was convenient. the check-in process was quick. i also appreciated the cloak room facility allowing us to store our luggage after checkout, a really handy service. breakfast offered both indian and western choices.
i felt the room was somewhat small. also, the bed was a double bed.

The location was convenient for airport access. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I appreciated their positive attitude. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The air conditioning in the public areas was not effective. I found the temperature in the lobby and restaurant uncomfortably warm! The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after maintenance visited.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport
attentive service smooth check-in helpful staff great dedication
I found the service attentive and helpful. Simran and Mayank at the front desk assisted smoothly during check-in. The manager Gaurav, was also very helpful. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction.
My room seemed a little small, but it was not too bad.

some issues
dirty washbasin room upgrade
The room i stayed in was really showing its age (honestly, it needed some serious tlc). the housekeeping wasn't great either. I found stains on the windows and the washbasin wasn't properly cleaned. the bathroom door wouldn't even close properly, so privacy was a real problem. i asked for an upgrade, but they wouldn't give me one, even though they had better rooms available. the whole experience was just disappointing.
